I used pool compass to investigate and repair a problem (that was not straight forward) with my hot tub. Derrick was thorough in trying to figure out the issue. He tried the least expensive options first, and actually removed the part if it did not fix the problem. After a couple of attempts, he learned what the issue was, and the hot tub was repaired.
Derrick is a great communicator, arrives on time, and is quick to return calls.

Pool Compass Inc. has been fantastic to work with over the past couple months. I recently purchased a house with an in ground pool. We continued the service with the previous company we used and I was not happy with the service. Communication was poor, pricing was expensive and just generally not good to work with. I went through about another three companies after that all of which were unreliable and hard to communicate with. Then I found Dareck and it has been great ever since. All the items you look for from a home service technician he has. Excellent communication, vast knowledge and fair pricing.

Dareck has been servicing my pool and spa for almost 8 years. He is the absolute best in his field and I have never had issues with his work or him showing up. Dareck has even come on the weekends if I ever had an issue with my pool or spa.
He is great and I would recommend him and Pool Compass to anyone who needs their services. He runs a first class business and he is a first class person as well.

Derek was our saver to make the swimspa so so clean. He was very through doing his work and also explained procedure in details . He is always available when we have questions and responsive. Appreciate it very much. We know we can trust him, we will call him again for his service!
