Got pretty much all the water from a leak out from the back portion of my vehicle but the front seat flooring are still completely soaked and when I tried to ask (a week after) if I needed to re-book a whole new detailing or if I could just do the water removal add-on they never replied back
They got back to me.
I'll leave the chat posted for others to decide when getting the water removal add-on and if it'll be worth it for them or not.
Everything else was great tho
I should've realized that the "ozone" smell was actually water still left in the vehicle

My apologies for the review for not being extremely detailed. Mainly only because the only issue I had was that it took so long for you to reply back.
I was made aware of the after care by your workers and already knew of it prior from reading about it on your website. While following all of the steps, I was under the assumption that the car would be completely dry, although I was not sure as to how long it would take. Hence why I did the routine for a week.
As a result, the back which had the most water (puddles literally formed) was completely dry however the front which didn't have nearly as much water as the back was still very very wet.
When it became evident that it wasn't drying up that's when I contacted you.
In addition the statement about excessive mold is incorrect. When the workers showed up and asked about it, there were no visible signs of mold. That's why I only did the basic add-on for the mold removal.
I also only selected that add-on because although not visible to the eye, I assumed there would be mold particles that have yet to completely fester because of the water damage.
You offered the $50 (initially $100) after I complained about spending ~$500. Yes a good portion of those were due to the add-ons I've chosen but it still doesn't change the fact that I did spend ~$500.
I wouldn't have even bothered with the pet hair removal or even the mold removal if it wasn't for the fact that it mentions that additional charges could be added on it for the mold, pet hair etc.
Without knowing exactly how much I thought it would be best to just select those options. The reviews on the company are great, hence why initially I didn't mind paying the amount.
As I said in the text, "Thanks for trying to resolve the issue and I appreciate your response, but I'll just take it from here"
Because I simply don't have the time to "schedule" another day and I've already purchased supplies to deal with it myself.
As I stated earlier in the review, EVERYTHING ELSE was great. Although I could've lived without the mold or pet hair removal, the workers did a great job.
It just sucked that after spending that amount of money that one portion of the vehicle didn't completely dry while the worst area did and that it took so long to get a reply. This is the first detailing I've ever gotten so my bad if what's considered the norm went over my head.

I booked an appointment for an interior clean + mold removal; the tech Raman showed up early (which I okayed with a big window of time that they could come) and did text me 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was very polite and listened to my concerns, and went straight to work to get my interior spotless!! He was fast and efficient, would highly recommend and will be using their services again in the near future.

Can’t say anything about the company, but hire some better drivers to advertise. I was driving to work down 96th and this guy was cutting off everybody swerving and going at least 90km in a 60km zone. He also made faces towards me as I honked at this reckless company driver. Unfortunately this type of driving is normal to see this day and age but at least make sure your company brand and number isn’t on the car! Definitely not okay.

Such a great company! We have used them for a couple of years and every detail is a fabulous job. Today I asked if there was anyway they could squeeze us in short notice and they managed to come by and make it happen for us! My vehicle looks amazing! Will always highly recommend.

I booked D&V based on their reviews here. I wanted sap removal from my car's exterior. They booked me in for the same day 1.5 hrs after my call - super fast! They were very transparent with their communication. Though sap couldn't be removed, they were upfront and honest about it and advised me not to go through with the job as it was damaging the paint. They didn't charge me for the service since the main purpose couldn't be fulfilled - but I am thoroughly impressed with their service, and would totally recommend them!
